Row 4: ch1,sc in each ch round,sl st.
Row 5:ch3,dc next 9 ch,*skip 1,dc in next 2 ch*,(3 times) dc to end, sl st.
Row 6: sl st in next 5 ch, ch 5, sl st opposite bootie's, sc next 20 ch, sl st.
Fasten off.
