Using 4.00 Cast on 86 sts and RIB 2X2 for 6 rows with Green colour
Row 1:Starting St-st with White 8 rows
Row 2: With Red 8 rows
Repeat row 1 and Row 2,  3 more times 4 in total. Work in strip st-st 8 rows
Shape top
With white
1: Knit 6 ,*k2tog,k6* to end (76 sts)
2 and alt row : Purl
3: Knit 4 ,*k2tog,k4* to end ( 64 sts)
5: knit 2 * k2tog , k2* to end (48 sts)
7: knit 1, * k2tog,k1* to (32 sts)
8: Purl
Change to Red st-st for 8 rows
Change to white
Decrease  row: *k 2 ,k2tog,k2* to last 2 sts, k2tog (24 sts)
St-st 6 rows
Change to Red
Decrease row: k2 * k2tig , k2* to end (18 sts)
St-st 6 rows
Change to white
Decrease row: *k2,k2tog* to end ( 14 sts)
St-st 6 rows
Work in strip without decrease for 6 rows
Break yarn, thread through stitch , fasten off.
Make 1 Pom Pom with green yarn and attach to top of hat.Sew seam of hat.
